SCG is lead by Jarrett Simmons. Mr. Simmons has over 28 years of aviation experience. Most recently he served as Chief Development Officer/Deputy Director Infrastructure for the Houston Airport System (HAS). He oversaw planning, design, and construction for George Bush Intercontinental, William P. Hobby and Ellington Airports. Prior to that role he served as an aviation consultant and subject matter expert (SME) for various consulting firms and government entities. You can find more about his background at the link below.
